The Ice Before The Storm

It made me mad. xD I got inspiration from *Riiarei and a sweetastic deviant by the name of =Ann-Jey. She makes kickass sonic style art. Rii helped me with ideas on the sky. <333

So anyway, this is Kail using her Cryokinesis. It's a type of telekinesis but with cold and freezing. She can freeze the water in the air, and other water. Not whole bodies of water, of course. She can't create blizzards either.

I did the sketching and effects in Cs2, with the rest in SAI. :3
