I finally finished the damn thing!
I am so very sorry it took me so damn long Nakubi! I don't know what to do but say sorry. :\ I did try hard though, AND I even did tutorials. Although it didn't turn out the way I wanted. xD;; Sorry about that.  Well anyway, this is Ettery, one of *Nakubi's OCs. He is my absolute favorite character of hers. He's just that awesome. And yes, he is shackled. xD And he's crazy as usual. He reminds me of Heimdall from The Mythical Detective Loki: Ragnarok. God I love that anime.. Anyway. I hope you like him Nakubi!
